CyberArrange Security Solutions has launched implementation of a project co-financed through a public call for innovations of newly established MSPs. The project aims to prepare the CyberArrange exercise generator for full commercialization by reaching Technology Readiness Level 8, establishing an initial customer base, and creating a sustainable business model for European and global markets.
ERDF Co-Financing
The implementation of the project Preparation for Commercialization of CyberArrange Exercise Generator in Cybersecurity – PK.1.1.08.0222 has begun. The project is co-financed under the public call Innovations of Newly Established MSPs (PK.1.1.08).
The beneficiary is CyberArrange Security Solutions j.d.o.o., based in Gabonjina. The project aims to prepare the innovative cybersecurity exercise generator for market entry and commercialization.
The project runs from February 1, 2026 to February 1, 2028. The total project value is EUR 166,676.45, of which EUR 140,000.00 is funded through non-repayable grants from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Cybersecurity Exercise Generator Technology
The project focuses on preparing the CyberArrange software solution for full commercialization, building on the successful development completed under the previous NPOO project.
In practice, this involves:
- finalizing development to reach Technology Readiness Level 8
- conducting market validation through beta testing with industry partners
- establishing an initial customer base in target markets
- developing business and marketing strategies
- preparing an intellectual property protection and commercialization framework
The objective is to transform the validated prototype into a market-ready product with a clear value proposition and a sustainable business model.
The project builds on the scientific research and development conducted by CyberArrange’s founder and director, Ivan Kovačević, and the technical team that developed the prototype under the previous project. Researchers and industry experts from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, continue to provide technical validation and market insights.
Business Model Development for Market Entry
In addition to technical product development, the project includes a business development component focused on preparing CyberArrange for market entry in cybersecurity exercise automation.
Through the project, the team will develop:
- commercial and managerial competencies necessary for scaling a technology startup
- market analysis and customer acquisition strategies
- pricing models and revenue stream optimization
- partnerships with cybersecurity providers and training institutions
- market entry strategies for European and international markets
In this way, the project contributes not only to technological refinement but also to strengthening the capacity of the young company to establish itself in the competitive cybersecurity training market.
This project represents an important milestone in the development of CyberArrange — from a validated technological prototype to a commercially ready solution for the European and global cybersecurity markets.
